These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Yuliya Belikova, owner of www.yuliyabelikova.at (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"), and her clients.

The Provider reserves the right to refuse bookings without giving reasons. A contract is only deemed concluded once the Provider confirms the booking in writing or by email.

The listed prices include VAT. Payment is made via bank transfer or in cash on site, unless otherwise agreed. Invoices are due immediately upon receipt.

The exact scope of services is determined by the respective service description. Scheduled appointments are binding. Short-term cancellations (less than 24 hours in advance) may be subject to charges.

The client agrees to provide all necessary information accurately and to arrive on time for the appointment.

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal must be made in writing or via email.

The Provider is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. Liability for allergic reactions or intolerances is excluded unless a written obligation to provide warnings was violated.

Personal data will be treated confidentially and used solely for contract fulfillment. For more information, refer to the privacy policy on the website.

The Provider reserves the right to amend these AGB at any time. The current version is available on the website.

Austrian law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Baden near Vienna. If any provision of these AGB is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
